No returns necessary
VINNI is a consumable food product, so for health and safety reasons we can't accept or resell returned items. Please don't ship anything back — keep it or pass it along to a friend.

How to request a refund
Email support@drinkvinni.com with your order number and a brief reason. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Guarantee limits
One guarantee refund per customer/household, applicable to your first order of a given product. Wholesale and bulk orders are excluded.

Damaged, wrong, or missing items
Email us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the issue. We'll send a replacement or refund — no return required.

Subscriptions
Cancel anytime before your next renewal through your account or by emailing us. Orders already charged are covered by the 30-day guarantee.

Order changes
Email us within 12 hours of placing your order to change or cancel it before it ships.

Marketplace orders
Orders placed through TikTok Shop, Amazon, or other marketplaces follow that platform's return and refund policy.
