What exactly is "The Mother" in ACV?
The "Mother" is a colony of beneficial bacteria, enzymes, and proteins that forms naturally during fermentation. It looks like a cloudy sediment and is the most bioactive, beneficial part of raw apple cider vinegar. Many filtered ACV products remove it — we keep it in every packet.
How much water should I mix each packet with?
We recommend 8–16 oz of cold or room temperature water. More water means a milder taste, less water is more intense. Do not use hot water as it can degrade some of the beneficial enzymes.
Is Vinni safe to take every day?
Yes! Vinni is formulated for daily use. Each packet delivers the same effective dose as 1 tablespoon of raw ACV. We recommend taking it once per day, ideally before a meal or first thing in the morning.
